Do you only use wood? No, while solid wood is our main material, we also integrate glass, metal, and acrylic upon request.

How much does custom furniture cost?

• Small pieces (e.g., bedside tables): from $800+

• Medium pieces (e.g., display shelves): from $1,500+

• Large pieces (e.g., TV consoles): from $2,500+ Pricing depends on complexity, size, and choice of materials.

What’s the process for getting a custom piece made?

1. Complimentary Consultation – We discuss your needs, intended use (e.g., PS5, karaoke machine), and aesthetic preferences.

2. Free Initial Design + Quotation

3. 50% Deposit – To proceed with design refinement.

4. 30% Payment – Upon final design approval and before production begins.

5. Final 20% – Due before delivery.

6. Production Timeline – 6–12 weeks depending on complexity.

Can I get a piece tailored to match my space and style? Yes! Every piece is fully customisable. Dimensions, materials, colours, and finish are all considered to ensure it fits your home perfectly.

What type of wood do you use? We use solid timber selected for durability and aesthetic appeal. Species of wood can be discussed during consultation.

What kind of finishing do you offer? We use oil-based finishes (same as our wood slabs) that are natural, non-toxic, and safe for families.

Is there any warranty or servicing provided? Yes. We provide a 3-year servicing guarantee for cracks, hardware issues, or structural problems.

How does solid wood furniture compare to MDF or plywood?

• Solid Wood: Long-lasting, repairable, non-toxic, and visually timeless.

• Mass-Market Furniture: Often made from MDF or plywood with laminates/veneers that can peel, warp, or deteriorate within 3–5 years. Cannot be repaired — often needs full replacement.
